The Summerland Baha’i community had its early beginnings in the early 1960s. Ever since, Baha’is and friends have been working at promoting individual and collective spiritual transformation through education of children and youth, devotional meetings and study circles.
We explore how to put into action Baha’u’llah’s spiritual teachings for the betterment of our local community. Our primary goal is to build spiritual and moral capacities in order to be of greater service to humanity.
The Baha’i Faith is the second most widespread of the world’s independent religions, established in 235 countries and territories throughout the world. We come from over 2,100 ethnic, racial and tribal groups and total 7 million worldwide.
